We are a premium cigar shop and lounge serving the greater Cleveland, Akron, and Medina Ohio areas. We were founded in 2008 and have a great selection of cigars, smoking accessories, lighters, ash trays, punches, and cutters. We have had alot of changes over the past year and we look forward to growing based on our customers needs.

We have two large lounges for your smoking enjoyment. One on the main floor with comfortable seating and flat panel TV, also a lounge located downstairs for larger groups with a 65" flat panel TV, pool table, poker table, foosball and comfortable seating! We also offer a full service kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker. Medina Cigar also provides free WiFi access!
